This is actually an amalgam of the first few night trying to capture the moon with the WebCam.  You can read about some of the starting trials here.

Some of them were pretty bad looking in the final result.

Here is one before stacking then after.

You can see the fuzzyness.  It is caused by air turbulence and not just my poor focus.  Here is a short video clip showing the difficulties.

You can see that even wavelet processing does not bring in much, but can add a few artifacts.

Though it can be a help.

Finally another video. Like looking at something over hot pavement.
