Ok, so I have to tinker with everything. So I tinkered
around with Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies and came up with the following.
Gather the following:
Cookie Pan
Large Mixing bowl
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Replacer
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/3 Cup Cooking Oil
1/2 Cup Penut Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Dark Chocolate (I use 2 Swiss Chocolate Bars)
1/2 Cup Water
Preparation:
-
Preheat oven to 350
-
In the mixing bowl, thoroughly mix
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Replacer
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/3 Cup Cooking Oil
1/2 Cup Penut Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Then add and mix:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 1/4 Cup Walnuts
1 Cup Dark Chocolate (I use 2 Swiss Chocolate Bars)
1/2 Cup Water
Finally add in the chocolate .and mix till chocolate is well
distributed.
Form little balls of the dough, place on cookie pan and
flatten slightly.
Bake at 350 for about 10 or 11 minutes..
Just like the other cookies, start eating as soon as they are cool enough not to burn
you!
